    Chrono 13:00 is the delivery service for all the traditional requirements of express delivery.



    • Delivery on the next working day after collection, before 13:00 hrs;

    • Delivery to the main cities of mainland Portugal;

    • Documents and packages weighing up to 31.5 kg.
  • Chrono 18:00

    The Chrono 18:00 service allows your clients the benefits offered by a rapid, reliable delivery service, with total cost control.



    • Delivery on the next working day after collection, before 18:00 hrs;

    • Delivery to the main cities of mainland Portugal;

    • Documents and packages weighing up to 31.5 kg.

    B2C

    The B2C service is a specialized service for direct delivery to consumers: turn the access of your products easier to your customers.

    Targeted to companies selling by catalog or e-commerce, this offer has three levels of service:

    • Home Delivery - Available in two forms:
      • Home delivery with no limit of delivery attempts, until the consignee gets the delivery. Available in Chrono 13:00 or Chrono 18:00, depending on the service previously chosen.
      • Home delivery with a single delivery attempt and, if the receiver is absent, the packadge is resend to the parcel shop Pick me! previously chosen.
    • Pick me! - Direct delivery made in a Pick me! parcel shop.

  • Chrono 18:00 Madeira

    The Chrono 18:00 Madeira service offers the same conditions as Chrono 18:00, but for packages to and from the island of Madeira



    • Delivery on the next working day after collection, before 18:00 hrs;

    • Documents and packages weighing up to 31.5 kg.
  • Chrono Ilhas

    Express Delivery service to the Madeira and Azores archipelagos,

    • Delivery between 48 and 72 hours;
    • Available 5 days per week;
    • By own cargo plane to Madeira, guaranteeing reliable service quality, all year round (holiday periods, etc.);
    • Documents and packages weighing up to 31.5 kg.
  • Saturday Delivery

    If your receiver requires delivery on Saturday you can choose our service.



    • Delivery before 13:00 hrs on Saturday;

    • Documents and merchandise weighing up to 31.5 kg per package.
