Chronopost wins trophy at La Poste Quality Awards and GeoPost Quality Awards with the innovative service of surveys through PSMs
Chronopost Portugal won the La Poste Quality Awards and the GeoPost Quality Awards, with the innovation “Survey”, a unique and innovative service that allows conducting surveys to the receivers of customers through PSMs. Both awards aim to reward the best practices in the Group's various subsidiaries throughout Europe, and the ceremonies of presentation of trophies took place in Paris on May 27 and June 22 respectively. The service “Survey” is the latest and exclusive innovation applied in the PSMs of the Drivers that allows inquire the consignees of our customers, and be as customized as the needs of each one, allowing segment the target by account numbers, transport waybill’s numbers, for period of time, specific shipments’ criteria (e.g. only recipients with CODs), per station, per service, etc. The survey also allows the capture of the signature on the screen of the PSMs with the summary of responses (i.e. the recipient can check the answers) and the data results are available for the customer 24 hours after the final date of the survey. A new feature that allows the Chronopost customers to inquire their clients, for example by gathering opinions and feedback on a new product, know the reasons why a product sells much more than another, know the level of satisfaction with the performance of the company (or distributor) etc.
Both initiatives counted with the participation of dozens of projects of all the groups and affiliates and Chronopost brought to Portugal the two trophies, which join the others already raised!
